Our recycling program offers substantial opportunity for unemployed Jordanians and has a wide impact on society as a whole. Jordan’s streets and landscape are filled with discarded plastic containers, paper, metals and glass. Aside from being an eye sore, it’s also a health hazard. Plastic disintegrates into microscopic bits that humans and animals ingest, causing cancers and other ailments. Our recycling program is an all-win solution, as those participating in the program collect the garbage and turn it into profitable new products.
Rewell Society launches its projects on proven concepts; they are simple and easy to set up; they build on local knowledge and skills and require little funding to start. Your donations will provide underprivileged Jordanian families the opportunity to generate income and expand their skills.
