Calves Fattening Project
Calves Fattening Project
Northern Ghor - Sheikh Hussein
Fromer animal farming for raising and fattening calves has proven to be a great path for alleviating poverty in rural Jordan. In this third session for 2024, our goal is to fatten eight new calves. The cost for the project is JD4,800, of which Rewell Society would put up the capital, a revolving budget for future production cycles.
The cost of care and custody for the project is estimated at JD3,480, which is to be supplied by the 20 to 30 civil society and beneficiary parties.
Rewell Society launches its projects on proven concepts; they are simple and easy to set up; they build on local knowledge and skills and require little funding to start. Your donations will provide underprivileged Jordanian families the opportunity to generate income and expand their skills.
